If you are a current OnX client or partner, you can expect your relationship with our company and the services we provide to stay the same. Contracts will remain in place, meaning there will be no immediate changes to the way you receive support, place orders, and make payments.
That said, OnX and CBTS will continue to focus on meeting the needs of our clients. As technology evolves and your needs change, we will adapt the skillsets, tools, and offerings across our combined organization to best serve you. We are already working to ensure that CBTS-hosted communications and cloud products will be available to OnX clients as soon as possible.
