Paul Khawaja

President & CEO, OnX

Paul Khawaja is the President & CEO of OnX, leading the company’s growth, strategy, and development in enterprise and public sector infrastructure solutions, managed services, and other digital services such as AI. Under his leadership, OnX is shifting from traditional IT to customer-focused holistic services. Previously, Paul was the EVP and COO of Cloud and Managed Services at OnX.

Beyond his professional role, Paul is dedicated to community service as the Chair of Victim Services Toronto. He supports vulnerable populations and demonstrates his commitment to social responsibility and positive community impact through advocacy.

Additionally, Paul sits on several other boards, including Waterfront Toronto and Illumine, further extending his leadership and devotion in shaping community development and innovation.

Before joining OnX, Paul served as Vice President of Bell Aliant and President of xwave. He also held leadership positions in sales, operations, and business development at MITI Information Technology.

Perry Armstrong

Vice President of Finance, OnX

Perry Armstrong is Vice President of Finance and is responsible for developing the overall financial policies for OnX and providing strategic direction for all financial functions, including accounting, budget, and credit. Perry ensures that proper financial controls are in place and that financial transactions support the overall business strategy while conforming with applicable laws and regulations. He designs and coordinates a wide variety of accounting and statistical data and reports.

Prior to joining OnX, Perry held several executive positions, including Executive Director of Finance at IT Exchange, Vice President and Controller at TNT, and other senior executive finance positions. Perry holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, CMA) designation.

Wayne Buskas

Vice President Sales, Western Region, OnX

Wayne Buskas is Vice President of Sales, Western Region for OnX. Wayne’s responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships with vendors and clients, as well as ensuring the OnX team exceeds client expectations in Western Canada.

Wayne has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry and previously held leadership positions with Metafore IT Solutions, SHL Systemhouse, and Digital Equipment Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta.

Melisa Djebbari

Vice President, Public Sector Relations, OnX

Melisa Djebbari is the Vice President of Public Sector Relations at OnX. Melisa is a seasoned Business Development executive with a proven history of working in the information technology, communications, and managed services industry. Melisa is a consummate professional focused on driving growth and navigating the complexities of the IT and telecommunication market, including team leadership and public and government relations.

Melisa graduated from the University of Montreal with a Digital Strategy and Communications Management Certificate in Business/Corporate Communications.

Sean Hall

Vice President Sales, Eastern Region, OnX

Sean Hall is Vice President of Sales, Eastern Region for OnX. He is responsible for driving profitable growth in sales and EBITDA across all lines of business in the Atlantic Canadian region.

Sean previously held leadership positions at Bell Aliant and Maritime Information Technology. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Brunswick.

Sherif Mahmoud

Vice President of Advanced Infrastructure

Sherif Mahmoud is a technology leader with over 20 years of proven experience driving large-scale IT transformation and innovation. His team’s mission is to collaborate with leading global technology vendors to deliver cutting-edge solutions that empower organizations to evolve and overcome complex challenges. By leveraging his team’s deep technical expertise with strategic vision, clients gain access to the latest architectural insights aligned with modern industry standards that are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated into daily operations.

Throughout his career, Sherif has held key roles in leading IT organizations, where he led IT modernization initiatives across different verticals. He holds an Engineering degree from the University of Ottawa.

Trevor Sykes

Vice President, Services, OnX

Trevor Sykes is Vice President of Services at OnX, overseeing enterprise IT outsourcing programs and driving continuous improvement across end-user support, modern workplace solutions, service desk operations, a 24/7 Network Operations Center, datacentre professional services, and multiple data center operations. A thought leader in IT operations delivery and organizational transformation, Trevor focuses on client success, innovation, and operational excellence. He thrives in high-growth environments, redefining engagement strategies and inspiring teams to achieve extraordinary results.

Before joining OnX, Trevor held leadership technology roles at Avid, JumpTV, KITD, and One Against World.
