OnX Managed Services Launches IT Service Management Solutions for Service Desk Support and Service Management Software

TORONTO, Ontario and NEW YORK, NY: OnX Enterprise Solutions, a leading enterprise data center IT solutions provider, today announced the launch of two new IT Service Management (ITSM) offerings for its OnX Managed Services division – Service Desk Support and Service Management Software. Each solution allows clients to track and resolve IT problems in an efficient and cost effective manner and improve the operations of the business as a whole.

Service Desk Support provides businesses with desktop support from a responsive team of help desk personnel that can resolve incidents quickly. Available in multi-level support tiers, Service Desk Support is customizable and allows alerts, tickets, workflow and escalation procedures to be tailored to a client’s specific needs.

Service Management Software is a platform that allows a client’s IT support team to receive and capture incidents, create tickets, isolate problems, and assess incidents for fast resolution. It provides 24×7 support and trending analytics to identify operational bottlenecks, set key performance indicators and consistently improve delivery. It can be delivered in tandem with Service Desk Support or as a standalone service.

Both solutions provide sophisticated triage of support incidents that enterprise organizations face on a daily basis and, as a result, improve an organization’s IT operations and end-user satisfaction. Both Service Desk Support and Service Management Software are based on global ITIL best practices.
