Ed holds a bachelor of Business Administration degree from GMI Engineering and Management Institute in Flint, Michigan. | | | | Enza Alexander, Executive Vice President Enza joined the OnX Team in 2006 assuming the role of VP and GM of OnX Enterprise Solutions Ltd. Enza’s key objectives include achieving the highest level of Client satisfactions while maintaining a focus on our Clients success. Enza leads our International Sales and Services Organization. Enza contributes to the innovation and enhancement of OnX Solution Offerings for our Clients globally. Enza brings over two decades of IT industry experience to OnX. Enza has held both senior Sales and Operational Management roles within the IT industry including financial and professional services leadership roles. Enza strengthens our senior management team with her vast understanding of business technology based solutions. | | | Michael Cardy, Chief Technology Officer As Chief Technology Officer, Michael Cardy oversees the constant evolution of the value OnX provides to our clients. He is a key contributor to OnX corporate strategy, the development of new technology solutions, and the evaluation, management and adoption of business partner products and services within the OnX portfolio. A ten year veteran of OnX, Michael also works closely with OnX’s marketing organization to define our cloud based services and integrates Momentum Advanced Solutions’ (our subsidiary) rich portfolio of web, digital marketing, mobile solutions and managed services into the OnX “Design, Build and Operate” business model. He collaborates on an ongoing basis with our elite consulting organization, Infrastructure Professional Services, and oversees OnX’s state-of-art executive briefing centre, a proprietary client laboratory for expediting the evaluation of competitive solutions, executing Proof-of-Concept and Pilots, and reviewing new technology solutions. Michael has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Information Technology (IT) including designing enterprise infrastructure architectures, providing agnostic advice on technologies, defining overall IT strategies and business cases, and executing advanced TCO studies of IT infrastructures and organizations. Michael is a member of a number of industry professional organizations including Intel’s global solution provider advisory council and CIO Canada. |

Bailey, Vice President, Professional Services & Consulting As Vice President, Professional Services & Consulting, Scott has overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, strategic direction, and growth of OnX’s PS&C business. Scott ensures that OnX’s PS&C teams are well equipped with the necessary knowledge, expertise and tools required to deliver industry leading results while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. Scott measures the success of PS&C through a systematic approach designed to ensure on-time/on-budget project delivery and the overall ability to demonstrate and add value for every OnX customer. On top of his PS&C responsibilities, Scott is also responsible for OnX’s Global Recruitment effort, sits on a number of internal committees and external advisory groups, and manages a number of special projects including OnX’s recognition as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies for 2008. Since graduating from McMaster University in 1994 and completing post graduate schooling in 1995, Scott has spent the last 9 years in a variety of roles with OnX and, prior to that, held a number of positions in I.T resource management and recruitment. Living in Oakville, Scott enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife and two daughters and is an avid skier, snowboarder and biker. | | | | Brian Habert, General Manager, Operations Brian Habert joined OnX Enterprise Solutions in 1990. Since 2003, he has held the position of General Manager of Operations. In this role, Brian is responsible for the customer experience, from the receipt of the purchase order to shipment/delivery of the order. In addition to his operations responsibilities, Brian manages the OnX facilities and buildings. With over 16 years of experience in the IT Business, Brian brings his knowledge of Sales, Supplier/Manufacturer Relationship Management, Customer Service & Satisfaction and Process & Organizational skills to OnX. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, from York University. | | | | Julius L. Head, Vice President, OnX Enterprise Solutions Ltd. USA & EMEA. Julius joined the OnX Team in 2009 assuming the role of VP, Sales and Operations for OnX Enterprise Solutions Ltd. USA. His key objectives include supporting the OnX embedded client base in the US and achieving OnX growth with the huge potential of new client opportunities. In August 2009, EMEA was added to Julius' portfolio. Julius brings to OnX over 30 years of Telecommunications, Professional Program Management, IT Data Centre and Executive Sales experience. Prior to joining OnX, Julius served as VP and CFO of AAH Learning & Consulting. He has years of technical, management, leadership, and consulting experience with Southern Bell (AT&T), AT&T, Lucent Technologies (Alcatel-Lucent) and AAH Learning & Consulting. Julius is passionate about customer service and exceeding client expectations. He prides himself on being a Solutions Provider & Strategic Partner. Julius believes in giving back to the community. He currently serves as the Board Chair of a major non-profit organization that supports 48 affiliate non-profits in the state of Georgia. He has also served on numerous boards and held leadership positions in the community. | | | | Tracy Hussain Director, Finance Tracy Hussain joined OnX in 1994 and was appointed to the position of Director of Finance for OnX Enterprise Solutions Ltd in 2006. Tracy is responsible for the overall development of financial reports, management of organizational policies and procedures and to ensure the organization implements and consistently uses effective cash management strategies. Tracy has more than 15 years of Finance experience. She has held several positions within OnX over the past 12 years including most recently financial analyst. She has extensive experience in all aspects of finance including budgeting, compensation planning and detailed forecasting. | | | | Jim Langedyk, Vice President, HP Software Solutions Jim has spent the last 22 years in the software industry, most recently as the president of MIC Partner. As the leader of a dynamic team of entrepreneurs Jim grew MIC Partner into the most successful HP Software partner in Canada in under three years. Prior to that Jim spent 8 years running Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP in Feb 2006) and successfully grew the business to over 40 million annually. His goal at OnX is create new market opportunities for the HP software portfolio and bring new and creative delivery solutions to our clients. Jim is married with a young son and spends his spare time enjoying his cottage in Muskoka. | | | | Robert Vos, Vice President, Microsoft Solutions Rob is a dynamic, entrepreneurial sales leader with a 18+ year record of award-winning business solution selling. His most recent role was Director of Sales, Central Region, Microsoft Canada, responsible for the overall sales and business functions for a portfolio of enterprise customers. His role at OnX will be to assist customers in creating cost effective Microsoft licensing & service solutions. Rob is a Honours Business graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and enjoys his spare time cycling, canoeing, hiking and outdoor adventures. |
| Greg Guy, Director of Sales, General Manager Ottawa and Eastern Region Greg has built a successful career in the computing and telecommunications industry for over 20 years in roles ranging from sales and OEM channel management to professional services delivery. Greg held the position of VP Infrastructure Professional Services at Exocom for 7 years as well as other sales related roles at GeoTrain, Bell Canada, MTS Allstream and Nortel. Being located in Ottawa, Greg has a depth of experience dealing with both the Federal Government of Canada and large corporate clients. This diverse experience enables Greg and his team to uniquely position and deliver OnX end to end solutions which allow our clients to achieve their business objectives. Greg is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. | | | Bob Denney, Vice President and General Manager of Western Canada Bob has been involved in Corporate IT sales for over 15 years. As an Account Manager, he found winning solutions that enabled him to manage some of Calgary's largest Oil and Gas, Public Sector and Telecommunications clients. Promoted to Sales Director in 2000, Bob built a team that grew the Calgary region from $28 Million to over $65 Million in sales. Passionate about technology, Bob is able to help clients understand how key solutions can benefit their business. Operating a home based lab has allowed him to experience the interoperability of several different products such as VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix. This exposure also modeled the challenges and benefits that these tools can bring. | | | | |
