OnX Enterprise Solutions Ltd. is privately owned by Sheldon Pollack and Phil DeLeon, both Directors of the company. Originally founded in 1983 as a Broker of midrange systems, they have both played instrumental roles in OnX’s strategy and have grown OnX into a leading IT Solution Provider with offices in Canada, the United States and Europe.
	Sheldon Pollack, Director With partner Phil DeLeon, Sheldon founded OnX in 1983 with a mere $10,000 in start-up capital. Today OnX Enterprise solutions has revenues approaching $200M and offices throughout Canada, in the United States and the United Kingdom. Sheldon is a serial entrepreneur – starting his first venture at the ripe old age of 16 and founded OnX at the age of 21. Throughout his career, Sheldon has played an active role in starting/funding a number of successful internet ventures. Sheldon and Phil took OnX public in April 2000 and subsequently re-privatized the company in April 2009. Sheldon is active in the community, playing a “champion role” with AbilityOnline.org, a charity dedicated to providing a safe social networking experience for children with special needs. Sheldon was highlighted as one of Canada's Top Entrepreneurs in Alan Gould’s book “The New Entrepreneurs; 80 Canadian Success Stories”, and in 2000, Sheldon was named as finalist for the Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year awarded by Ernst & Young. In 2008, OnX Enterprise Solutions was named as one of the 50 Best Managed Companies in Canada. Sheldon is married and has three children.

	Phil DeLeon, Director Phil has tremendous knowledge of Managed Services and been directly responsible for much of OnX’s Data Center based solutions. Since inception in 1982, Phil has shard the tremendous growth strategy for OnX and Momentum Advanced Solutions. Now focused on the managed services division, Phil has a passion to build new services and execute on successful business models. Phil was highlighted as one of Canada's Top Entrepreneurs in Alan Gould’s book “The New Entrepreneurs; 80 Canadian Success Stories”. In 2000, Phil was named as finalist for the Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year awarded by the elite of Canadian business. Phil is married and has three children.
