What if we hit a snag with our project?
To help mitigate potential snags and hurdles, we utilize our proven real-world IT project delivery experience and methodology to properly verify the skill sets and capabilities of each OnX IT consultant. Further, we assign only OnX team members that meet every requirement needed by our clients for a specific project, and only ones that have successfully delivered projects similar in scale and scope. For further assurance and an extra level of protection, we provide clients our OnX OnDemand Resource Escalation Process. If one of our IT professionals encounters a roadblock that exceeds the scope of their mandate, we will engage one of our Principle Consultants or Practice Managers for additional support to address the hurdle and resolve the issue, at no added cost.
