OnX has come a long way since 1983 when the company was started by Philip A. Deleon and Sheldon M. Pollack!
With $10,000 in seed funding the company has quickly grown -OnX today is one of the world’s largest enterprise data center solutions providers. With clients and operations throughout North America and Europe with strong alliances in Asia, the company has a global team of IT professionals and consultants with deep experience in everything from complex data and data center design to enterprise systems integration, software licensing, digital services and applications development, and cloud computing.
If there has been one constant at OnX, it’s been change. Over more than two decades of operations, the company has moved quickly to embrace new technologies and attract and retain the highest quality talent, whether through organic growth or acquisition.
From its first acquisition in 1997 to its most recent, that of the Technology Systems Group (TSG) of Agilysys, OnX has been aggressive in building a high performance organization capable of developing a deep understanding of its clients’ business, objectively analyzing their business and technology requirements, and designing innovative, multi-vendor solutions that will accelerate the growth and value of their organizations. The company has steadily acquired a handful of strategically identified companies throughout the years.
Today, with the addition of the TSG team, OnX has more than 500 associates around the world working with over 1700 leadership companies. And, it now has revenue that exceeds $750 million, up considerably from the $14 million it booked the year it celebrated its tenth anniversary of operations, back in 1993.
Along with change, consistency has also been a tenet of OnX. More than 28 years later, Mr. Pollack remains with the company today, serving on its board of directors.
